Temples of Bangkok

The Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun) located on Arun Amarin Road in Bangkok and the Temple of Reclining Buddha (Wat Pho) should be visited. The Buddha statue at Wat Pho is 145 feet long and 49 feet high. It is gold plated and the oldest learning centre in Thailand. It is conveniently located on Chetuphon Road in Bangkok. Also a must visit for every visitor to Bangkok is the Temple of the Emerald Buddha with the Wat Phra Kaew.
